It was the BLUEBERRIES!!!
Every morning I've been making myself a shake. A vegan protein powder with a banana, blended.
Recently I began adding blueberries because of their amazing health properties.
Turns out, that's why my body has been so bloated and annoyed. My digestive system has been pissed at me because I'm feeding it something it doesn't like.
Lesson learnt: not all healthy foods are healthy for every person.
From today, I'm cutting out the dang blueberries.
