Day 156

Rollercoaster of a week

It's been a week of highs, lows, and loopdy-loops. It's only Wednesday! lol

Uncle went missing. Honeybun's mom tried to return something he'd left from December and learned he'd been evicted. Finally his part-time-employer called to say Uncle was in rehab and asked that she go halfsies with him for Uncle's hotel-room once he was out. "Hell no." Uncle's dog is still missing, and he won't say what he's done with him. I can only hope the pup is safe...

It appears Bear and Raven are back together... we are all disappointed and angry with Bear. He says she's the "hottest" woman he's ever had. What an idiot.

Since Honeybun spoiled his Valentine's Day gift and got it early, he bought me four gifts and is making me open one each day. Yesterday's was a new yoga mat, and today was a pair of shoes for work! They're perfect. I open another tomorrow and the last on V-Day. What a wonderfully romantic gesture!

Damn, my post was cut short again. Wonder why? It was within the word count limit... In any case, the last thing that happened was that Honeybun swerved to avoid an accident yesterday and popped two tires. I took a half-day off work today to take him to an auto-shop and bought him two new tires. I wonder what events tomorrow will bring? lol

I once popped two tires while driving on the east coast of Puerto Rico - I drove into a huge pothole (something that PR specializes in.) A very nice guy picked me and took me to a friend who supplied me with new tires, and the guy even helped me put them on. I'll never forget his generosity.... on the other hand, Beat is thinking with the wrong part of his body!

I'm glad a friendly stranger came by when they did to help you out! It does the heart good to hear there are people like that in the world. And I agree about Bear. He has the persona of a teenage boy, even though he's in his 30s now. His priorities are still very juvenile. I just hope he realize the effect it has on others - the biggest concern being Cub. I've blocked Raven on all social media for my own sanity.
