I completely forgot about this website!
I have not been on this website for possibly over 3 years. It had completely slipped my mind. A lot has changed in my life since my last entries in the diary. I need to go back and read the rest although im unsure how it will make me feel.
I have been keeping a paper journal since Jan 1st and it is helping but i wonder whether I should start this up again.
I am currently going through a really tough dark time of depression and anxiety and lots of stress with work. I feel like my head is so full of everything i need to write it all out.
I’ll have a think.....
Why do you all write on here? And do you also do a paper journal?
